This is from the dark girls documentary. dark skinned women face this all the time. i, myself, am dark skinned and comfortable in my own skin. but i hate the phrase" you pretty 4 a dark skin girl" Like why can't or any other dark skin girl be pretty. it's somethign we have to face. not only are we looked down upon by white folks, we get the same backlash from our own and i honestly dont understand it.
