Columbus Jones Jr was on Thursday sentenced to 92 years in prison for the shooting which happened following a heated row at the Youngstown State chapter of the Omega Psi Phi.
One was killed and 11 injured in the hail of bullets fired by the 23-year-old as terrified partygoers stumbled through clouds of smoke and tried to flee the chaos.
