21 Savage brought in his 24th birthday on a high note in October 2016 by pushing a red Ferrari. 21 told followers it was a b-day gift from Drake.
21 confirmed to LA’s Real 92.3 that the car was, in fact, a rental.
“Nah, he ain’t buy me no car,” 21 explained. “He did some real s**t. We was just talking, and I’m like, ‘Man, I want a Ferrari or some s**t.’ So he just got me one for the whole time I was in LA.”
He continued, “But I fell in love with the car, so I went and bought one. Shout out to Drake. N****s ain’t doing s**t like. N****s barely telling n****s happy birthday.”
Tyga threw shots at 21 for his birthday during their brief beef in December 2016.
Kylie Jenner posted a short snippet of Tyga rhyming over 21 Savage’s “No Heart” instrumental.
Tyga raps, “Why you got one car in 12-car garage/Sucking d**k for a Ferrari, don’t forget to lick the balls.”
21 revealed during the interview that him and Tyga resolved their differences.
“I seen Tyga the other day,” 21 said. “He just walked up on me, he was like, ‘What up bro?’ He dapped me up, but he had the braids and s**t, so I really didn’t… I had my shades on. He cool though. When I realized who he was, I pulled him a little closer like, ‘You good?’ He was like, ‘Hell yeah, we need to do something.’ I’m like, ‘Oh, okay.’ Shout out to Tyga.”
