A popular Youtube vlogger, who goes by the name AlexHDTV, posted a video defining the meaning of “Made.”
“Made” is generally a term applied to members of the “Divine Nine” who underwent a rigorous initiation process. Those who are fortunate enough to cross the “burning sands” are regarded as “made.”
Alex wanted to debunk the myth of what the term “made” means.
“There’s so much more to just the word ‘made,’” he said.
Most people, he said, think it’s just a term that means one pledge or went through some kind of hazing process.
That’s not the case, he added.

Made means not to skate. Simple as that
There is more to being made than to be hazed. The process is a means to learning more about yourself, turning your weaknesses into strengths and becoming abetter person. I would not be the person I am today if it wasn’t for my process and acceptance into Phi Beta Sigma. #GOMAB!!!

There is so much meaning to being MADE. It’s not about being hazed. It’s about being a part of something great. the history means so much and truly makes you a better person than before you began
My process was tough ass hell,but i wouldn’t trade it for anything. I can;t respect someone who skated. You have to work to wear the letters
simple, if you didn’t work for your shit then you are not made. if you got into frat/sorority to stroll then you are not made. if you don’t do the work before after you cross then you are not made.
