Bobby Shmurda Denied Bail In Monday, Oct. 5, 2015 Hearing



Bobby Shmurda was denied bail yet again during his hearing Monday, Oct. 5 hearing in Manhattan Supreme Court, the New York Post reports. The “Hot N***a” rapper is being held on $2 million bail. Judge James Burke set a new trial date for Bobby for Feb. 22, 2016.

Bobby is now being represented by new attorney Alex Spiro of Brafman & Associates

Bobby last appeared in court on June 25 where he and GS9 rap affiliate Rowdy Rebel turned down eight-year and seven-plea deals, respectively. Bobby’s plea deal was for second-degree possession of a weapon and included five years on probation.



Bobby is charged with multiple conspiracy counts, one count of reckless endangerment, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and one count of criminally using drug paraphernalia. If convicted, he faces up to 25 years in prison.
