Chief Keef Defines ‘Betrayal’

They say money and fame bring jealousy and envy.

Chief Keef’s road to fame and riches didn’t come without a few bumps and potholes along the way. Sosa had to learn to decipher between the real and the fake in the industry and in his own circle.

Sosa posted a ‘Goodfellas’ meme to his IG with a message reading, “You know the sad thing about betrayal? It never comes from an enemy.”

Sosa offered his own thoughts on the subject matter, writing, “Betrayal is by the Closest people around U actin like They squad Like this in yo Face but behind… Fuckem leavem like.”

This theme likely inspired the title for Sosa’s upcoming sophomore studio album “Gloyalty,” a merge of the words glory and loyalty.

Betrayal isn’t the only thing Keef has to watch out for.

Sosa’s legal woes continue to mount. The Interscope rapper was booked into Cook County jail Wednesday for violating the terms of his probation after failing a drug test.

A judge ordered Chief Keef to undergo 90 days of drug treatment at the Haymarket Center.

Before his arrest, Sosa had been teasing singles from his upcoming mixtape “Bang 3.” The leaks were received with favorable reviews. Chief Keef promised he’d bring “old Sosa” back for this project.
