Chief Keef’s Billionaire Manager, Alki David, Offers $250K To Anyone Who Streaks In Front Of Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel

Chief Keef’s billionaire manager, Alki David, announced last Friday he’d pay $250K to anyone who’d streak in front of Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel on the Mancow Morning show on 97.9 The Loop, according to timeout.com. David, who is CEO of FilmOn, reportedly made the announcement as part of a promotion for a new documentary about himself titled “Lord of the Freaks.”

A woman by the name of Jackie S. took David up on his offer and performed the stunt at Chicago’s 46th Annual Pride Parade.

“I did it mostly for the money, but I want to use it for social justice causes,” the Occupy activist told the Chicagoist by email. “I have every intention of donating a lot of the money to the Chicago Bail Fund, and the National Lawyers Guild, which defends protesters who were arrested—different organizations that need the funding.”

But Jackie may not be receiving the quarter million after all.

David told the Chicagoist the streaker must chant “Battlecam” within earshot of Emanuel and have “BattleCamp.com” written on their chest.

Jackie still believes her streaking should still count.

“I want to hold Alki David to his word,” she said. “He re-tweeted the TimeOut Chicago article, and in the article it just said to streak. If there was that condition, he should have said that when he re-tweeted the article.”
