Police have arrested a 46-year-old South Shore Chicago man after he drove over his girlfriend’s 18-month-old daughter during a domestic dispute.

Joseph Fults was involved in a fight with his 23-year-old girlfriend and her 7-year-old son early Monday morning. The footage captured Fults fighting the woman through the driver side window.



“Get yo baby!” Fults says to the woman.

“Don’t put yo hands on my mama!” the boy said as he intervened in the struggle between his mother and Fults.

Footage shows Fults shoving the baby into the arms of her mother.

“Don’t throw my motherf-cking daughter!” the mother screams.

“Aye, he just threw my daughter G! Call the police on his ass!” she tells a nearby bystander.

The scuffle continues between Fult and the woman through the driver side window. Fults then speeds off running over the legs of the girl.

Fults was arrested a short time later and charged with misdemeanor battery and misdemeanor domestic battery, according to the Chicago Sun Times. He was reportedly ordered held on $100,000 bail Tuesday.

The baby is in stable condition at University of Chicago Comer Children’s Hospital, according to the Chicago Tribune.
