Chiraq Nino Brown Had Fiends Lined Up Around The Corner From Trap House In $3 Million A Year Drug Operation

A Chicago man is accused of running a $3 million a year drug operation on the City’s West Side in the North Lawndale neighborhood, according to the Chicago Tribune. James Triplett, 33, was named the mastermind of the operation that netted him $250,000 per month.

Triplett is alleged to have ran the drug operation in the area for at least 10 years, DNAinfo reports. Triplett is charged with drug conspiracy and faces a minimum of 10 years in prison if convicted.

Triplett’s alleged trap house was so much of a hot spot that it had customers lined up around the corner.

A total of 42 people have been charged for supplying and distributing heroin in the area. Only 32 have been arrested thus far. Co-defendants face state and federal charges.

When making the arrests, police seized 12 guns, $50,000, nearly a half-kilogram of heroin and more than a half-kilogram of cocaine. They also seized two vehicles, including a 2014 Maserati and a Gran Turismo.
