Chiraq Rapper PBG Hothead Charged With Torturing Special Needs Man On Facebook Live

Chiraq rapper PBG Hothead, born Tesfaye Cooper, is one of four people accused of kidnapping and torturing an 18-year-old mentally disabled man on Facebook Live. Cooper, 18; Jordan Jill, 18; Brittany Covington, 18; and Tanishia Covington, 24, have each been charged with a hate crime, felony aggravated kidnapping, aggravated unlawful restraint and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, CNN reports.

Hill, Cooper and Covington also face charges of residential burglary. Hill also faces charges of possession of a stolen motor vehicle.

The four suspects are shown in the shocking 30-minute video taunting and mutilating their victim who can be seen with duct tape around his mouth while cowering in a corner. The suspects laugh and shout “f**ck Donald Trump” and “f**k white people” as they beat him and cut his forehead with knife.

The suspects also make victim drink from a toilet bowl.

The victim was eventually let go and later taken to a local hospital after police discovered saw him walking in a disoriented state Wednesday. Police spoke with the victim and went to a nearby home where they discovered “signs of a struggle and damage to property,” WGN reports.

President Barack Obama called the crime “despicable.”

“What we have seen as surfacing, I think, are a lot of problems that have been there a long time,” said Obama told WBBM. “Whether it’s tensions between police and communities, hate crimes of the despicable sort that has just now recently surfaced on Facebook. The good news is that the next generation that’s coming behind us … have smarter, better, more thoughtful attitudes about race.”

The victim is reported to have known one of the suspects.

The four suspects have been denied bond.
