What a sad “accident”. Isn’t it awful that kids don’t have the ability to think through severe consequences of drinking and driving. But another atrocity will occur if they put a young man in prison who is just beginning his life. Cody Fanning is gone because he made an unfortunate decision to drink and was not in control of his life at that time. Cody Barnes made an unforgettable decision to drink and drive and endanger the lifes of his friends. Who committed the bigger crime? Or was it a crime at all, or was it bad decision making. Cody Barnes will NEVER forget his decision, is that punishment enough? Only God knows. (Just a concerned mom)
