Fat Trel was recently arrested for being in possession of counterfeit money. The “Earn Your Keep” rapper was nabbed after he was caught handing nine fake $50 bills to a pit boss at a Maryland casino early Sunday.

TMZ reported Trel told authorities he got the money from a 7-Eleven ATM.

Fat Trel denied making that statement.

“An ATM?,” he wrote on Twitter along with laughing emojis. “I don’t even own a bank card… picture Big Gleetchie at a ATM… 1st & last respons 2 da bullshyt.
