G Herbo took time to honor the memory of St. Louis teen Darion Trust who was killed in a car accident. Trust was a front-seat passenger in a car drive by his cousin when they was struck in a head-on collision.

Trust, 17, died from injuries sustained in car accident on March 12 after the vehicle he was in was hit head by another vehicle, Fox 2 St. Louis reports. Trust’s cousin and a friend are recovering from their injuries in a hospital. The cousin is in critical condition with internal injuries, damage to his spine, a punctured lung and a broken leg, the Dispatch reports.
Witnesses told Fox 2 the people in the other car were arguing before the crash.
Trust, a junior at Hazelwood West High School, had aspirations of attending college to become an engineer, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. He hoped to attend a Historically Black University College (HBCU).
A GoFundMe page has been set up to cover the funeral cost. Trust’s family has raised $7,301 of their $15,000 goal.
