George Zimmerman Bond Revoked for Lying About Finances and Second Passport



George Zimmerman’s bond has been revoked after misleading the court on his finances and a second passport, The Associated Press reports.

Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester told AP he is revoking 28-year-old Zimmerman’s bond for lying about how much money he had available when his bond was set for $150,000 in April.

George Zimmerman generated over $200, 000 from a website he started to raise money for his case.

Zimmerman also failed to disclose a second U.S. passport. Zimmerman has 48 hours to turn himself in.
