Gucci Mane is not done by a long shot. Not even jail can hold Mr. Radric Davis down.
Gucci is preparing to release his tenth studio album “The State Vs Radric Davis 2: the Caged Bird Sings” on Dec. 25.
Gucci’s team announced the album on Twitter and posted the album art.
The project comes following Gucci’s last album “Trap House III,” which dropped in May.
Gucci Mane’s legal woes continue to mount. The “I Heard” rapper is facing a maximum of 20 years in prison if convicted of two counts of felony gun possession, according to the Atlanta-Journal Constitution.
Gucci, 33, appeared in court Tuesday to be arraigned for two separate cases involving a loaded gun.
Gucci Mane was arrested Friday, Sept. 14 after authorities found the rapper in an erratic state with a Glock 40-caliber handgun and 11 rounds of ammunition, according to court documents obtained by AJC. Davis was discovered two days before on Sept. 12 with a Taurus 45-caliber handgun and eight rounds of ammunition.
Gucci additionally faces fines of $500,000.
