Hypno Carlito isn’t buying Montana of 300’s claim that he didn’t swagger jack the “300” name from Chief Keef, Lil Reese and Fredo Santana.

Carlito says he has no issue with Montana, but decided to set the record straight on the matter during an interview with Hip Hops Revival.

“People be saying he didn’t take the name from 300. But I don’t give no f*ck what nobody said,” Carlito told Jassy Rozay of HHR during a phone interview. “300 was popping. Keef, Reese, Durk, Fredo was on that 300 campaign. When Montana of 300 came out, people was asking me, ‘Who the f*ck is Montana of 300. He with 300?’ Not that I know of. He wanna say it’s from the movie. That wasn’t from no f*cking movie, man. That was the excuse that you wanted to use. You know what you was doing, n*gga. You knew that when you said yo name was Montana of 300, everybody was gon question it. It was a strategy.”
