J. Cole On Gay KMEL 106 Interview: ‘They Really Just Tried To Set Me Up’

J. Cole was questioned on the awkward KMEL 106 interview he endured during an appearance on Power 105’s The Breakfast Club.

“I walked out,” Cole explained. “It was crazy. They were just trying to set me up. I had no problem with him being gay or whatever the case, but once I finally caught I’m like man they really just tried to set me up.

“It was just getting disrespectful,” he said.

KMEL radio hosts put the North Carolina native through an uncomfortable round of questioning following his performance at the station’s Summer Jam concert.

The KMEL 106 crew first gave Cole the “booty meter” test. But according to a gay disc jockey, one of the buttocks belonged to a man.

But the next question was even more startling to the “Power Trip” rapper when he was asked what “size” shoe best describes him.
