In another hazing incident to gain national attention, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. is under fire once again for hazing rituals that left several pledges severely beaten.
Thirteen members of the crimson and cream fraternity at the University of Florida are facing charges of hazing after pledged were beat so hard with wooden canes that canes broke or left bruises, the Gainesville Sun reports.
Members of Kappa Alpha Psi affiliated with a chapter at Youngstown University are facing similar charges. Pledges at Youngstown chapter were beat so severely they went to the hospital.
The hazing allegations come after UF fraternity Alpha Phi Alpha is undergoing an investigation for similar charges.
