Lil Bibby has been able to stand out in Hip Hop’s competitive battleground due to his unique voice. The 19-year-old Chicago native has come to be known by his deep and gruff voice. One would think they’re listening to an artist in their mid-30s upon listening to Bibby. Bibby’s voice draws comparisons to Brooklyn rapper Shyne.

Actress and singer KeKe Palmer offered a critique of Bibby’s voice on Twitter.

“Lil Bibby’s voice sounds so haunting.. lol



“& even though Lil Bibby’s vocal tone gives me slight paranoia lmao, I think it’s dope. He looks different than he sounds,” she wrote.



Bibby appeared only happy to have been recognized by Palmer and sent the “CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story” star a series of loving emojis.

“@KeKePalmer & @LilBibby_,” he wrote.



Bibby is currently hard at work on the release of his sophomore mixtape “Free Crack 2.” Bibby has also been teasing his upcoming single “For The Low Pt. 2.”
