Lil Durk’s name is buzzing on the underground Hip Hop circuit after the release of his project “Signed To The Streets.”
But Durk doesn’t think he is getting the respect he deserves from Billboard, a world-renowned publication dedicated to music.
“Heard niggas wasent fuckin wit my music at billboard oh well fuck it my buzz bigger
“Lol I’m out your bracket ni**a,” he wrote in an IG post.
Lil Durk is hoping to solidify himself as one of the most sought after acts in the industry.
Durk trended higher than label mate Rihanna following the release of his solo debut mixtape as a Def Jam artist.
Statistics gathered by Def Jam Records show his project trending higher than Rihanna, according to an official statement released by the legendary Hip Hop record company.
Durk posted the screenshot of the metrics to his Instagram with a caption, reading, “#levels.”
Is Durk being snubbed by Billboard or does he have levels to go before being recognized by the music giant? Sound off below
