Surveillance footage shows Flow and Evans running from the scene of the crime. A second surveillance footage shows Flow and the other suspect making a purchase at a nearby store. Flow is also alleged to have left his cell phone outside of the vehicle. He returned to the scene of the crime to retrieve it.

Flow was charged with attempted murder in 2013. Flow is alleged to have shot at a male acquaintance on April 29. On the same night, he and two others were alleged to have beaten and robbed a man of cash and a cell phone. Flow fled to Oakland, CA where he was later arrested.

Flow appeared on Lil Wayne’s “Sorry 4 The Wait” and “Dedication” mixtapes. He also spit a freestyle alongside Weezy in the YMCMB cipher.
