Man Fined $250 in Racial Sigma Pi Fraternity House Party Incident

A Florida man has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct after a racial incident that that took place at Sigma Pi fraternity house at Cornell University.

Morgan Brabbs, 23, was fined $250 after admitting to throwing cans and bottles from the roof of the Sigma Pi fraternity house and yelling racial obscenities at a group of African American students on May 6.

Members of the fraternity informed investigators Brabbs was the perpetrator behind the incident. According to the police report, Brabbs said, “Walk away, Trayvon,” “Come up, Gary Coleman,” and “Tyrone” to the group of students.

Brabbs is not affiliated with the fraternity or university. The university has barred Brabbs from ever stepping foot on campus.

    the punishment was not severe enough. What if he hit the students in the head with the bottles. He got a slap on the wrist
