A man who was shot in the head on Facebook Live is clinging to life at a local hospital in Houston, KHOU 11 reports. Devyn Holmes was sitting in a vehicle at a Valero gas station when Cassandra Damper accidentally shot him while goofing around.

“The disturbance appeared to be kids playing with guns,” Houston police Detective John Roberts told KHOU 11.

The man was transported to Ben Taub Hospital in serious condition, and is on life support.

“The person that shot him says it was an accident,” Roberts added.

Cassandra was arrested and charged with tampering with evidence.

The case will likely be referred to a grand jury, Roberts said.
