Meek Mill’s St. Louis Airport Assault Case Gets Dismissed

Meek Mill won’t get jail time for his St. Louis assault case. Meek Mill was charged with misdemeanor assault after getting into fight with an employee at St. Louis International Airport in March, TMZ reports.

Meek was on his way to Miami when an airport employee requested to take a photo with Meek Mill. That’s when things reportedly went left.

Meek’s attorney Joe Tacopina told TMZ the Dreamchaser was ordered to complete community service to have his case dismissed. Meek performed his community service at Philadelphia’s Veterans Association.

Meek Mill caught a lucky break in his reckless driving case in New York City. The Philly rapper was arrested in August for riding an illegal dirt bike in the Inwood neighborhood in Manhattan.

This news comes after we learned of the deal Meek took in his reckless driving case. Meek was arrested in August for riding an illegal dirt bike in the Inwood neighborhood in Manhattan.

Meek took a deal that will get the charge expunged from his record if he can go six months without getting arrested again, TMZ reports. He also has to perform 30 hours of community service. Meek is almost finished, as he already did 20 hours.

“This swift resolution vindicates Meek and clearly shows how outrageous the police department’s conduct is in this case,” Meek’s attorney Joe Tacopina told TMZ.

Meek was originally charged with a felony, but got it reduced to two misdemeanor charges.
