New Study Says Americans Prefer Sleep over Sex

Many Americans prefer to get a good night’s rest than have sex, according to a new study conducted by Better Sleep Council.

America has grown into a faster-paced society more than ever. Many Americans now have to make a few sacrifices just to get some rest.

But many American are now forgoing another activity on their bed to make time for some shuteye.

BSC found that 61 percent of American and 79 percent of women prefer a good night’s sleep to sex.

Seventy-seven percent of people surveyed said they’d give up something to get a better night’s rest, according to BSC survey. The list of activities are as follows:

– 31 percent of people said they would give up television
– 23 percent said they would give up time spent on computers and social media.
– 16 percent of people said they would give up exercise and going to church.

The fact Americans would give up sex may be warranted. Americans are so hard-pressed for rest that nearly half of those surveyed fell asleep somewhere other than their bed at least once a week, according to the survey. The survey also states about 11 percent fall asleep somewhere other their bed everyday.

Is this possible? Would you give up sex to get some sleep? Sound off below
