President Obama Predicts a Chicago Bulls Championship

President Barack Obama has made some bold promises in the past. He has promised us change, a better economy, an end to both wars in the middle east and now… a Chicago Bulls championship.

The President sat down with ESPN’s Bill Simmons on his podcast show, The B.S. Report and talked a little basketball. He regarded the Bulls as a “well-coached team” citing the team’s strong play without their star players Derrick Rose and Luol Deng.

“If you look at what has been happening with Bulls, even with Rose out, even with Deng out, they’ve still got one of the best records in the league.”

Obama said despite his busy schedule he is able to in some time to watch some basketball after his wife and kids have gone to sleep.

Obama said he is confident he’d be able to invite the Bulls to the White House if they were to win an NBA championship. He predicted this will happen before he leaves the White House.

“It hasn’t happened, but it will happen,” he said. “Somewhere along the line, my Bulls are going to come through.”
