It was all just a misunderstanding.
Sauce Walka reminded the world earlier today that he is the originator of the sauce with the release of his “Holy Sauce” artwork.
The artwork features Famous Dex, Drake and Future at Sauce Walka’s crucifixion.
“#HolySauce be thy name!!” the caption on his post read.
The photo stirred much controversy on the net. Sauce soon got on a call with Dex to clear up any issues there may have been.
“Just got off phone wit Dex! All #Family have misunderstandings & shit! That’s still my lil bro but he understand exactly were I’m comin 4rm,” he wrote.

Dex confirmed the call, writing, “On my mother I did.”
Sauce then wrote, “No Rap Sh*t.. Sauce Life is Real Life…. @FamousDex real one! U gone be a great. This Flava gone last foreva.”
Dex stated earlier he wasn’t entertaining the controversy surrounding Sauce Walka’s actions.
Dex posted a screenshot of a tweet from NY videographer @WhyCueSPG onto IG that read, “I swear @FamousDex real asf for showing love to sauce real n****s give credit when credit is due!! #REALASSN*GGA”
The caption on Dex’s post read, “I Never Been Uh Hater Cause I Had My Own Sh*t. Stay Humble an Keep Working 6-12-2k16.” Dex reference the date of his forthcoming mixtape “Heartbreak Kid” at the conclusion of his caption.
Dex benefitted off Sauce Walka’s sauce swag after releasing “Drip From My Walk.”
Sauce later hopped on the record’s remix.
Dex posted video of himself on a call with Sauce Walka.
“I’m f******g with you, though,” Sauce Walka said. “For real, we gon make history with this sh*t.”
Sauce called the song collaboration a “Sauce Bomb.”
Sauce has long been at odds with Drake.
