Swagg Spreads ‘JoJo World Movement’ Through ‘More Than Swag’ Mixtape

Chicago artist $wagg released a much-anticipated and very important mixtape to the delight of very eager fans.

“More Than Swag” is $wagg’s latest project since the untimely death of his brother Lil’ JoJo. $wagg was immediately thrust into the spotlight after Lil’ JoJo, born Joseph Coleman, was killed in a drive-by shooting in the violence-plagued city of Chicago.

Since his brother’s death, $wagg has been fervent in his mission to keep his brother’s name alive. Starting the “JoJo World Movement,” $wagg is using his music to make sure his brother’s death was not in vain.

“More Than Swag” is filled with a slew of content for the viewers’ listening pleasure as 22 tracks comprise the mixtape. Hosted by DJ Speechless, the project features guest appearances by Wahlioochi, Jose Porter, Sosa Trap, The Krown, YK, Broadway Jay, Bo Deal, King Samson and Lil’ JoJo.

The project also features solid production work by Dree The Drummer and Young Chop, to name a few.

Arguably, the most addictive track on the mixtape is the Young Chop-produced single “Have It All” featuring Lil’ JoJo.

The chemistry between the two brothers is apparent as they both take turns delivering rhymes.

“Watch out cuz we do this sh*t and a lot of ni**as hate/ But to me that sh*t all good cuz that’s how we gon get paid/ I’ma beast up in these trues/ Who the f*ck is you?” $wagg raps.

Lil’ JoJo follows $wagg’s verse to spit some street knowledge.

“Ni**as snake, so you better watch who you trust/ Same ni**a you can kick it with same ni**a will get you f*cked up.”

Another track worth checking out is “Merch.”

In addition to mixtape’s collabo tracks, $wagg proves he can carry a track on his own effortlessly.

$wagg even took aim at rap rival Chief Keef on the mixtape. In song “Opp Thot,” the rapper made fun of Chief Keef’s legal woes.

“How you cryin over two and you from O Block,” he raps.

“More than Swag” is a solid effort from the up-and-coming Chicago emcee. It is interesting to follow this young artist’s career and see where his talent takes him. With $wagg’s talent, it may not take long for the “JoJo World” movement to take over the world.
