Police have charged two teenage suspects in the fatal shooting of a photographer, according to Chicago Tribune.

Denzel Burke, 15, and Michael Phillips, 17, have been charged with first-degree murder in the slaying of 28-year-old Wil Lewis. Burke was ordered held on $740,000 bond while Phillips was ordered held without bail.

Lewis was shot and killed blocks away from his home July 12 as he waited for a bus. Lewis was reportedly the unattended target of gunfire as the suspects pursued a rival gang member. He died after he was shot in the back.

Police have already arrested 31-year-old suspect Eric Vaughn who allegedly handed the teens the murder weapon and coerced them to shoot the rival.

“Wet that t-shirt up,” he allegedly told the boys, according to the Tribune.

Vaughn is being held without bail, according to CBS Chicago.
