Vibe Magazine Interviews Slain Chicago Emcee Lil JoJo’s Brother Swagg and CashOut



Vibe Magazine is covering Chicago rap groups BrickSquad and Fly Boy Gang (FBG) in an upcoming feature.

BrickSquad’s Swagg, born Johnathon Coleman, took to Twitter to brief his followers in on his recent interview and photoshoot with the music and entertainment magazine.

“Me and da guys just finished the Interview/Photoshoot with @VibeMagazine #Work,” he wrote.



Vibe Magazine also conducted an interview with FBG member CashOut.

“ME AND COUNT FROM L.E.P. DOIN R THANG TODAY AT DA VIBE MAGAZINE INTERVIEW,” CashOut wrote.



“@FBG_DUCK SH*T WE WAS LOOKIN FOR U I HAD A INTERVIEW WIT VIBE MAGAZINE TODAY,” he wrote.



The interview comes following Swagg’s appearance on BET where he and his stepmother Robin Russell discussed his brother Lil’ JoJo’s murder with “Don’t Sleep” host TJ Holmes. Russell stirred controversy during the interview after pinpoint the blame of her son’s murder on Interscope artist Chief Keef.
