A Virginia Commonwealth University Student is charged with possession of marijuana and a controlled substance, the designer drug DMT, The Associated Press reports.
University police reportedly found drug chemicals and substances in the dorm room of 27-year-old Tyler Herndon. Police evacuated the dorm during the investigation.
