YFN Lucci gave viewers the scoop on his rising career during an interview with Hip Hops Revival.
Lucci, who is currently signed under independent label T.I.G. Records, talked the benefits of remaining independent.
“I think independent the right way to go because you get to make more money,” the “Patience” rapper said. “Our independent label, we know what we doing. We got the South. It feel good with my label thing. It’s like being a part of a major, but we our own major.”
The ATL native also offered words of encouragement to up and coming artists.
“You gotta stay down,” he said. “…The hard work gon pay off. Don’t let nobody tell you can’t do what you trying to do.”
