A Chicago community was outraged after witnessing police tow a vehicle with their loved ones’ bodies still inside.
The driver, Darron Thomas, 32, and front-seat passenger, Kenneth Wallace, 35, were driving when shots rang out from the sidewalk, according to the Chicago Sun Times. A 26-year-old woman reportedly suffered a graze wound to her right ankle.
J Hustle, a social media personality hailing from Chicago, was on scene in the Humboldt Park neighborhood to film the aftermath of the shooting incident.
“They towed the car with a body hanging out the window,” he said. “When did it become procedure to tow a car with deceased body hanging out of a window with a repo truck? Only in Chicago.”
