Bo Deal is a member of Bricksquad Monopoly, and has worked closely with Waka Flocka as well as Gucci Mane.
Bo took to IG to showcase a throwback photo of Guwop cooling with him, G-Count, Moonie and even Milwaukee Bucks player Bobby Simmons on the West Side of the Chi.
Bo also shared photos of himself with Waka.
Bo Deal credited Waka Flocka with jumpstarting his rap career during an interview with DJ Smallz Eyes. Bo revealed he got his start as “muscle” for Gucci and Bricksquad 1017.
“I met Waka through Gucci. Gucci had some situations with some real gangsters in the city,” he said. “His road manager was friends with my cousin. …My cousin told me Gucci was coming to town and he was kinda shook up, so he needed some muscle. We came out and held him down. We kinda squashed that situation that he had with the gangsters in my city. He wasn’t really genuine in what he was doing. He was just using us for muscle. But Waka – this was before Waka was rapping – liked me from the beginning. He was like Gucci muscle, too. Waka got on and he was like ‘I want you to come over and mess with me.’”
Waka suggested Bo mess with Bricksquad 1017, but the “Out Wit A Bang” rapper declined.
“Only cause I started to see what Gucci’s intentions really were,” Bo said.
Bo would later join BSM and the rest is history.
“[Waka] stamped me and from there that’s when the money start coming,” he said. “Things was good after that. I gotta salute Waka. No matter what, I’m riding with him.”
