Mouse Drops ‘Lil’ From Name, Says He Will Shock World With ‘Mouse Trap 2’

Mouse burst onto the scene in 2012 with the controversial hit song “Get Smoked.” The Hella Bandz rapper was known as Lil Mouse. But you can now refer to the teen rapper as just Mouse. The “Michael Mouse Myers” rapper announced the change during an interview with the Elite Petite TV.

The Wild Hundreds native also touched on his forthcoming mixtape project “Mouse Trap 2.”

“We finna sign these two singers,” he said. “We got a lot of new music. They gon be on ‘Mouse Trap 2.’”

Mouse said his project has been “pushed back.”

“I can’t really give a date, but it’s coming soon,” he said.

Mouse says fans can expect better lyrics and music on the project.

“You gon hear my lyrics getting better,” he said. “The music gon be better. We got a couple new producers we gon have on there.”

“It’s gone be some crazy songs on there,” he continued. “…They gon be like ‘I ain’t know he was coming like that.’”

“It will shock everybody,” he added.
