A Boston University fraternity is breathing a sigh of relief after the District Attorney’s Office chose to drop several charges in a hazing incident that received national attention.

A University of Houston graduate reached a settlement with Omega Psi Phi over an alleged hazing incident that took place in 2009.

A Penn State student has filed charges against a group of students affiliated with Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. plans to transfer. Asya Trowell, an 18-year-old freshman at the university, alleges she was brutally hazed while attempting to pledge Omega Essence, an auxiliary group to Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
