Prominent Chicago native DJ Rashad succumbed to a drug overdose, according to an autopsy report obtained by the Chicago Tribune.

DJ Rashad, born Rashad Harden, was found to have a lethal combination of cocaine, heroin and alprazolam intoxication in his system, according to NBC Chicago.

Rashad, 34, was found dead April 26 at an apartment. Narcotics and drug paraphernalia were found near his body.

DJ Rashad is known for revolutionizing House and juke music with his production. Dancers sped up their footwork to keep up with Rashad’s music.

Rashad’s death was ruled an accident.
