Twitter nearly felt the wrath of Savage Squad Records frontman Fredo Santana for neglecting to restore the golden “blue check” onto his Twitter account.
The blue check verifies a renowned user or brand’s Twitter account.
Fredo called upon Twitter the morning of Dec. 27 to request his blue check back, writing, “On bd @twitter can I get my blue check back dam wat chall on.”
In less than three hours, Twitter restored Fredo’s blue check.
Fredo was appreciative, writing, “Thanks for givin me my blue check back @twitter squaddd y’all had me looking regular lol.”
Fredo is currently working to build the brand of his new Savage Squad Record label. He recently signed up and coming Chicago artist Boss Top and Cdai to the label.
He is also promoting his new mixtape “Scary Site 2,” which features the tracks “Damn Shame,” “Always” and “I Might Just.”
