Gino Marley ponders loyalty in his new single “What If.” Gino has a lot going for himself at this point in his life. But the good life usually attracts the wrong people. Gino wants to know who will remain if everything was snatched from him in an instant.

Gino raises 21 real questions, rapping, “What if the law hit the spot, would you help him out?/What if you (?) and got booked, would you bond him out?/What if we going down that road, would you ride it out?/Or wait til the last minute turn your back and rat him out?/ What if the money never came, would you still care?/What if the trap never jumped, would you be still there?/What if a n-gga never had a name?/What if a n-gga never had a thing?”

The questions Gino asked should be questions everyone should ponder. A loyal backing pushes one forward. A disloyal backing walks away when one is lying on their back needing a hand to get up.
