Katt Williams and 17-year-old Luke Walsh have been charged with disorderly conduct after their fight went viral on the net, according to TMZ.
Walsh, who can be seen in the video putting Williams in a wrestling move, is now reportedly in custody. He was booked Monday afternoon and held on a $1300 bond. In Georgia, 17-year-old offenders are considered adults.
Williams’ fight is a violation of his conditional bond from his arrest for allegedly assaulting one of his bodyguards.
Williams was arrested earlier this month for the Feb. 28 beating of his bodyguard. The troubled 44-year-old comedian was subsequently charged with aggravated assault, false imprisonment and making terroristic threats.
Williams was arrested Feb. 29 on a separate misdemeanor battery charge in Gainesville after a store employee at Leslie’s Pool Supplies On Dawsonville Highway told authorities the comedian punched him during an argument. He was later released on $5,000 bond.
Williams opened up on the fight Saturday night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Katt told the audience the young boy was being disrespectful during their soccer game, and he only wanted to discipline him.
“You a little boy, I’m a grown ass man,” he said. “I can hit you with this broken fist. I just want you to have a bloody mouth, so you can have this lesson later that’s what happens when you say slick sh*t to grown ass men because maybe them n****s can’t teach you that. A n***a that can hit is a n***a that can pull out a gun and blow your motherf*****g brains out. Why would you put yourself in that position because you lost a soccer game.”
