Lil Mouse took social media by storm in summer 2012 with his viral hit song “Get Smoked.”
Mouse capitalized off of this buzz with his much-anticipated mixtape “Mouse Trap,” which boasted several noteworthy tracks, including “Katrina,” featuring Lil Durk, “Lil Yummy Tribute,” and “Get Smoked Remix,” which featured surprise guest feature Lil Wayne.
Now, the 13-year-old rapper is gearing up for the official release of his solo debut album “Michael Mouse Myers.”
Fans have much to look forward to with Mouse’s debut LP. Mouse says fans should expect “harder” rap flows and “mature lyrics.”
“I stuck to trap music and got versatile with my songs and creativity,” he said.
The Hella Bandz rapper also touts “great features” on this project.
Guest collaborations on the project will include fellow Hella Bandz artist Top Shotta, Def Jam rapper Lil Durk and Young Money Cash Money artist Lil Chuckee.
Mouse is trying his hand at a pop sound in a new single that is set to feature a Maryland singer by the name of Alyssa Shouse.
Other tracks fans should look forward to, according to Lil Mouse, are “She Going,” “Im Da Man” and “Wit My Team Remix,” which Durk lends his assistance on.
Mouse released a teaser for the “Im Da Man” visual earlier this week.
Mouse is hoping for a Halloween release date, but says the date is not set in stone. The project will be available for purchase via iTunes.
Chase Davis was instrumental behind most of the production on “Mouse Trap.” He and DBoy will handle most of the production in “Michael Mouse Myers.”
Mouse was mum on further details regarding his much-anticipated project, but promised it to be “the most anticipated track list to come out.”
