As many may know, Lul Tim shot and killed King Von in Quando Rondo’s defense during a fight in Atlanta on Nov. 6, 2020.

Lul Tim’s attorney Noah Pines confirmed to XXL in a statement that the felony murder charges were dropped.

Pines wrote in the statement, “The case against Mr. Leeks was dismissed prior to ever being indicted.”

In celebration of beating the nearly 3-year long case, Lul Tim released a visual for his new single “Left A Stain.” Some fans are claiming that the song title is also diss song aimed at King Von.

In this visual, Tim includes footage of himself getting his ankle monitor removed.

“My lawyer just be the charge, it wasn’t hard, they know my name,” he raps.

Lul Tim also proudly wears his scars in this visual. It was long rumored the Savannah, Georgia was still wearing a colonoscopy bag. He debunked those rumors in his latest music video by proudly going shirtless to show the scar where his colonoscopy bag once was.
