Nicki Minaj’s older brother, Jelani Maraj, 37, has been accused of a child, according to court documents obtained by the New York Post.

Jelani was charged with first-degree rape of a child younger than 13 and first-degree sexual conduct against a child in a Long Island, New York, court on Thursday, according to PEOPLE magazine.

Jelani was released after making a $100,000 bail payment.
