As a radio host, Smiley continues the proud legacy Omega Psi Phi members are leaving on the airwaves. The Omega men who are gracing the airwaves include Tom Joyner and Steve Harvey.
Omega Psi Fraternity, Inc. is the first black fraternity found at a historically black college university. Founded on Nov. 17, 1911, the fraternity is dedicated to its Cardinal Principles of manhood, scholarship, perseverance and uplift. The fraternity’s members include civil rights activist Rev. Jesse Jackson, NBA legend Michael Jordan and comedian and philanthropist Bill Cosby, to name a few.
