Rapper David Banner sat down in a radio interview and revealed the real reason society shunned Lebron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh’s decision to join together in Miami.



“You got three intelligent black men that got together in a room without any agents without anybody else and sat down and made decisions for themselves,” The Mississippi-bred rapper said. “And cut out a lot of middle men. If Miami is successful, that’s going to show other basketball players, we are intelligent enough to get together to make our own decisions.”

That’s why society is truly mad at them, he said.

The “Get Like Me” rapper told listeners the hate surrounding Miami’s Big Three has nothing to do with basketball.

“If those three cats can get together and show that they can organize and do something for themselves, imagine how many people that’d cut out and imagine how many basketball players that would do the same thing,” he said.
