Rich Homie Quan has been out of jail for the past few days. Quan’s bail had been set at $20,000 after he was booked into Jefferson County Jail.
Quan posted footage of himself riding in a vehicle upon his release.
“You know they couldn’t hold the homie down forever,” he said. “Thank God. Thank my lawyer Drew. Thank my team.”
Quan was busted over Memorial Day Weekend after Georgia police detained him and five members of his entourage for possession of a stolen gun and drugs, TMZ reports.
Quan was scheduled to perform at Club Liquids in Wadley, GA on Saturday, May 27, but was stopped at a police checkpoint. Authorities allegedly found Quan in possession of ecstasy and weed.
Quan was subsequently charged with felony possession of drugs with intent to distribute for marijuana, TMZ reports.
Quan, a convicted felon, faces 30 years in prison if convicted.
