It was Tuesday when Rick Ross revealed incarcerated Trill Ent. rapper Lil’ Boosie would appear on “Maybach Music Group Vol. 3” compilation album.
Now the MMG boss revealed the “Set It Off” rapper may be released from prison in November during an interview with Power 105’s “The Breakfast” Club.
“They telling me November, he’ll be coming home,” the “100 Black Coffins” rapper said.
The boss also hinted he may potentially signed the embattled MC.
“I’m a put a bag on the table for that boy…You never know,” he said.
Boosie is a guest feature on Rick Ross’ “Lay It Down” track. The song will also feature MMG artist Young Breed.
Rick Ross posted the news on his Instagram account.
“#Nogames Lil Boosie #SelfMade3 Pre-Order …#lay it down,” he wrote.
Lil Boosie will be second Louisiana artist featured on the album.
Ross revealed earlier today slain Louisiana artist Lil Snupe will appear on SM3’s intro.
Ross posted a flier to his Twitter account featuring an image of the “Melo” rapper with a message, reading, “#LilSnupe intro to #Selfmade3 is a powerful one.Gone too soon. #Rip Rest inparadise.”
MMG artist Meek Mill released text messages following Snupe’s death revealing Rick Ross’ plans to young MC on the MMG project.
“Rozay want you 2 send a heater 4 self made 3….. Some fire…..No sample….This can be ya first time on a big album.
“He said single type shit….. Here’s ya shot,” Meek wrote.
In the same message, Lil’ Snupe thanked Meek for taking him under his wing.
“On Some Real Shit Bruh Thank You 4 Just Giving Me The opportunity 2 Do My Thang!!! You Really Changed A Nigga Life Man.”
Lil Snupe, born Addarren Ross, was murdered following an argument over a video game, according to MTV News.
Tony Holden, a 36-year-old convicted felon, was charged in the shooting.
