T.I. might’ve been a victim of racial profiling. The “Rubberband Man” rapper was arrested earlier this morning following a confrontation with a security guard for not allowing him in his own gated community.
T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris, misplaced his key and argued with the guard for not granting him access. T.I. then called a friend who joined him in the argument.
T.I. soon arrested on misdemeanor charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. His friend was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
T.I. was released from Henry County Jail at 8 a.m. after posting $2,250.
