T.J. Lane’s aunt spoke out in response to the Chardon High School Feb. 27 shooting that left three students dead and two others injured. Lane is charged three counts of aggravated murder.

Students returned class Friday only several days after deadly school shooting left three dead, two others injured and community devastated. This also comes a day after Thomas T.J. Lane appeared in court Thursday facing three counts of aggravated murder and one felony count of assault.

Thomas “TJ” Lane, a 17-year-old boy accused of killing three students and injuring two others Monday morning at an Ohio high school, was charged with three counts of aggravated murder on Thursday.

The shooting at Chardon High School in Chardon, OH may not have been a random shooting. Thomas “TJ” Lane, the alleged shooter in the tragic shooting spree that left three students dead, may have knew his victims.

Nickolas Walczak, one of the five students shot Monday morning at Chardon High School, is currently paralyzed from the waist down. He remains hospitalized at Hillcrest Hospital.

Phyllis Ferguson, mother of slain Chardin High School student Demetrius Hewlin, said she forgives Thomas “TJ” Lane for the murder of her son. The parents of 16-year-old Demetrius sat down with ABC News to discuss their thoughts on the shooting rampage that left three students dead, two injured and a community devastated by Monday’s tragic events.

A second student, who was left critically injured from an attack that shook the surburban Ohio town of Chardin, succumbed to his wounds. Russell King, 17, died early Tuesday morning after being declared brain dead.
