Tekashi69 escaped a jail sentence after a judge gave him four years probation for using a child in a sexual performance.
6ix9ine, 22, pleaded guilty after online videos surfaced of him sexually engaging with a 13-year-old girl in Oct. 2015.
An 18-year-old Tekashi can be seen in the video humping the girl, and smacking her on the buttocks, according to a complaint filed with the criminal court of NY.
“The defendant, knowing the character and content thereof, employed, authorized and induced a child less than seventeen years of age to engage in a sexual performance, and being a parent, legal guardian and custodian of such child, the defendant consented to the participation of such child in a sexual performance,” court documents stated.
Tekashi appeared in court in a suit and tie. He took to IG following the verdict to write, “GOD IS GOOD GOD IS… GOOD!”
